Our chain prices are determined by which chain is chosen and typically range between $60-200. The entire experience typically lasts between 5 to 15 minutes, depending on how quickly you choose your chain.

Upon arrival at our kiosk, one of our friendly associates will assist you in selecting from our extensive collection of over 50 chains.

Once you've chosen your chain, we will take precise measurements of your wrist, ankle, neck, or finger to custom-make your jewelry to fit you perfectly. The sizing and welding process typically takes about 3 minutes.

Before finalizing your purchase, we will conduct a thorough inspection of your jewelry with you, ensuring that the weld is secure, the chain is intact, the sizing is accurate, and that you understand our care instructions. It's important to note that while our jewelry is built to last, regular maintenance, including cleaning, is essential once you leave the kiosk.

Please be aware that all permanent jewelry sales are final due to the custom nature of our service. We provide a lifetime guarantee for each permanent jewelry piece you get! So if your chain ever breaks, you can bring your chain back and we will reweld it for free!
